I CAN ONLY ADD YOUR NAME/TITLE TO THE SCRUB - not both. and title must be short/abbreviated (ex. ob/gyn, RN, MD etc)
 
If you are adding name or title it is a $5 upcharge and you will have to make sure you select the correct STYLE before adding to your cart or you will be sent the $5 invoice to add the name OR title to your badge reel. There is a 6 character limit for name or title- longer names will have to be printed too small to read
